A+ customer service and product!

I ordered five pens as holiday presents for family members; as such, I requested that a printed info sheet explaining the pens' history be included if possible. Imagine my awe to find five HANDWRITTEN information sheets included in the box! The pens are in amazing condition, well-packaged to prevent damage, and arrived within a few days of my order. I only wish I'd ordered one for me/had more money to spend! My husband and I have enjoyed Townsends for years, and it was a joy to finally support them via an order.
